Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no threshold to hit.
Getting it out the door
We ship from Kansas, and we pack the orders ourselves. Most go out within 1–3 business days. During a holiday rush or a new release, it may take a little longer.
If something is going to hold up your order, we’ll let you know. You shouldn’t have to wonder what’s going on with it.
Getting it to you
Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking so you can follow it along the way.
Delivery time depends on where you live and which carrier has it. If the tracking looks off, let us know and we’ll help figure it out.
Need to change your order?
Email us at hello@blacksaileyewear.com as soon as you can.
If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to change the color, update the address, or fix whatever needs fixing. If it’s already gone out, tell us anyway. We’ll tell you what we can do from there.
What if my package gets lost?
If the carrier confirms your package was lost in transit, we’ll send another pair at no cost to you. We’ll handle the carrier and the claim on our end.
We don’t always wait on the carrier, either. If the tracking stalls out and it looks to us like the package isn’t coming, we’ll get another pair moving and send you the new tracking.
Once tracking shows the package was delivered, we can’t be responsible for it being lost or stolen after that. Tell us anyway, though, and we’ll see what we can do to help.
What if we make a mistake?
Then it’s on us.
If we send the wrong pair, your sunglasses arrive damaged, or we get something wrong with your order, we’ll fix it and we’ll pay the shipping to make it right.

A couple of other things worth knowing
If something goes wrong with your sunglasses, that’s what our Lifetime Warranty and One Time Replacement are for.
If they’re just not the right pair for you, you’ve got 60 days to send them back.
