Black Sail Eyewear Lifetime Warranty

This limited lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship of Black Sail Eyewear sunglasses purchased from blacksaileyewear.com, Black Sail Eyewear’s official Amazon listings, or a Black Sail Eyewear’s authorized retailer or partner. Simply fill out the claim form on blacksaileyewear.com and submit photos of the damage. Black Sail Eyewear will evaluate the damage and if determined to be a defect in material or craftmanship, we will send you a replacement of the same item, if the same item is not available, you will be offered another item of similar or reasonably equivalent style as identified by Black Sail Eyewear. This Warranty does not cover lost or stolen sunglasses, nor does it cover prescription lenses. This Warranty also does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, or damage caused by anything other than defects in material or craftsmanship. Items purchased from re-sellers or unauthorized retailers are not covered by this Warranty.

ATTN: www.AMAZON.com buyers: All Warranty claims made towards Amazon.com purchases, by default will be on freeze for 31 days from the original purchase date. Warranty claims may be submitted, however will not release until day 32. To unfreeze this timeframe, the buyer may submit photos and mail the “damaged” sunglasses to Black Sail Eyewear. Allow 3-10 business days for processing, and once approved, the Warranty claim will be released for shipment.

One Time Replacement Program

Our replacement program is designed to protect you from anything that life throws at you. It doesn’t matter whether you lose them, drop them in the lake, run them over with the car or anything else that you could imagine, we have you covered. This program is simple. First, when you receive your sunglasses, register them. Second, when life happens, you can put in your one-time replacement order, pay shipping and handling and we ship your new sunglasses to you. Simple just the way it should be.

Now for the particulars. If your sunglasses become lost or damaged for any reason at all, you may request a new pair by submitting a request via the One Time Replacement program online process on Black Sail Eyewear’s website at blacksaileyewear.com. This is limited to one replacement per item purchased of that same item, so long as supplies are available. If your item’s style is not available, you will be offered another item of similar or reasonably equivalent style as identified by Black Sail Eyewear. Proof of purchase will be required to make a replacement request, along with a shipping and handling charge of $18.99. Items must be purchased from blacksaileyewear.com, Black Sail Eyewear’s official amazon listings, or other Black Sail Eyewear authorized retail partners.
