At Black Sail Eyewear, we are committed to providing you with high-quality sunglasses that enhance your outdoor adventures. We recommend using our products for a minimum of 14 days to fully experience their benefits. If you are not satisfied within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at Returns@blacksaileyewear.com.

Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If canceled within this timeframe, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our sunglasses. If you’re unhappy after 14 days and within the 60-day period, you may return the items. Note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact us via the form on our Contact Us page or email us at Returns@blacksaileyewear.com. Include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order for quicker processing.

Damaged Items
We ensure our products are securely packaged to prevent damage. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. Email us at Returns@blacksaileyewear.com to see if you’re eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other factors. For issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an error is not reported within 24 hours of placing your order, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
